Shipping?Domestic Shipping (USA) All Australian orders are sent by USA Post - see Domestic post costs below. We have two options: Standard Shipping that can take 5 to 7 days (possibly longer if in remote areas) or Express Post, usually next business day within the express post network. Regional areas outside the express post network may be 2-5 days. Using Express Post also means that when your order is dispatched you will be notified and a tracking number will be provided to you to track your delivery. Domestic Shipping Rates (based on the weight and dimension of the goods you order) Standard Post up to 0.5kg = $6.00 Express Post up to 0.5kg = $8.50 Standard Post >0.5kg and up to 1kg $12.50 Express Post >0.5kg and up to 1kg $21.00 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING Standard Post up to 0.5kg = $12.50 Standard Post >0.5kg and up to 1kg $25.00 If the wrong address has been used for your order. Please contact us via email immediately so that we can update your address prior to having your order dispatched. For Australian orders - If your order has been dispatched please contact Australia Post and see if they can update your address. In the early stages this is sometimes possible https://auspost.com.au/receiving/manage-deliveries-in-transit If your item has been sent/delivered to an incorrect address that was entered at the checkout it may be returned to us or held at a post office until it is returned to us. Once this return to sender is complete, we will contact you and provide you with a full refund minus postage costs, back to your original method of payment. Unfortunately, not all parcels with the wrong address placed on them return and we can’t be responsible for any costs incurred. Please make sure to use the right address at check out. Transit times quoted here are estimated in business days and exclude local public holidays. Transit times quoted are subject to delays due to weather holiday rush times and custom delays. During busy times in the shop shipping may be delayed. Please note that we do not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been deemed lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We may not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Please contact your local postal service to locate your order. International Taxes Please note that we are not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. This fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.

Limited EditionsFrom time to time we produce unique and special pieces in a limited quantity. Here are latest limited edition and special order pieces from us. Once they are gone there are no more so if you see something you like you must get in quickly before they are all gone.

Fundraising Pieces and VIP % discountsThese pieces are priced special for the organization and may be sold for a limited time on our website to continue to assist that organization raise money. We maintain the copyright for all of our designs. We offer ongoing VIP pricing to clients who support charitable works.
